Made-to-order pieces
Our usual production time is 2–3 weeks. This is the time needed to make your clothing, before delivery. Check each product for its own production details.
Ready-made pieces
Check the product details for dispatch timing. If timing is not listed or you need a piece for a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Questions about an order?
For purchases made while signed in, open My account in the top navigation to see your order’s delivery status and tracking reference. We update the status as your piece is prepared, dispatched and received. These updates are entered by the studio and are not live courier tracking. For guest orders, use our contact form with your order number. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
