Information we use
Quick Wears Limited uses the name, email address and message you provide through the contact form to answer your enquiry. If you create a customer account, we store your name, email, securely hashed password and essential sign-in sessions. Purchases made while signed in are linked to your account. For orders, we use your contact details, delivery address, chosen product and size, and payment reference to fulfil your order and handle returns.
Why we use your information
We use order details to perform our contract with you, enquiry details to respond to your request, and necessary records to meet legal obligations and protect our business.
Payments and email
Stripe processes card payments securely. Quick Wears does not store your full card number. Resend delivers contact messages and service alerts to the shop owner, and password reset emails when our customer email service is enabled. If you choose optional emails when creating your account or in My account, we save your preferences for new release announcements and review invitations. Resend sends one review invitation per order after delivery when you have opted in. You can withdraw either choice in My account at any time. Reviews you submit may be published with your chosen display name, rating and comment; your email, delivery address and order number are not published. You can stop review emails for an order using its private review link. Our hosting and storage provider keeps the catalogue, order records and recoverable backups.
Access and retention
The studio and backups are restricted to the shop owner. Signed-in customers can access only their own account-linked order history and receipts. We retain information needed to fulfil orders, resolve enquiries and meet accounting or legal obligations. Backups may retain earlier copies of this information.
Cookies
We use essential sign-in cookies for the owner studio and customer accounts. Our hosting service may also use authentication cookies when you sign in. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy, subject to applicable legal obligations. Use our contact form for privacy requests. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
