30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your piece. Use the contact form with your order reference and the item you would like to return. We will send you return instructions and the return address privately.
For change-of-mind returns, please keep the piece unworn, unwashed and with its original tags. You may try it on to check the fit. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty.
Sending your piece back
Please return your item within 14 days of telling us you wish to return it. You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. Keep proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of its return. When you return your entire order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us so we can arrange a suitable remedy and cover reasonable return postage. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Our 30-day policy also applies to made-to-order pieces.
